100% recommend for a whistle-stop
Unique hostel, lively bar, I found the live DJ night below at the in-house bar to be a fantastic surprise, especially when I checked in on a Wednesday and enjoyed the hip-hop tunes of the DJ titled "D-5. " The free wi-fi and convenient wheelchair access.

Vibes are chill and fun!
I had a solid night in a private queen room. The place was tidy and not a critter in sight! Met cool people from all backgrounds, they really added to the vibe. The bar area was a great spot to kick back, but it was kinda loud late into the night. Still, good times overall!

Staying in the 8-Bed Female Dormitory Room was great. I loved chatting with other travelers and jamming out to the live music in the common area. After a fun night, I chilled in the cozy lounge and took advantage of the rooftop terrace for some sun. One minor thing, a mirror in the room would have made getting ready easier, but it didn't ruin my time at all 😊

Super chill vibe, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The 4-bed dorm felt nice and private, with comfy beds and a solid communal area. Location is perfect-plenty of eateries and close to the DART system. Bathrooms were always clean, and the breakfast had decent options. Free coffee in the lounge added to the chill atmosphere.

Staff offered a free upgrade to a spacious private room. Everything super clean. The location couldn't be better. Museums, restaurants, and bars just a stroll away. Loved the lounge area with free coffee. Enjoyed chatting with other guests, made a friend! On the downside, housekeeping came in multiple times during the day, and it felt a bit disorganized at times. Still, the decor was beautiful, and the kitchen inviting. Quiet yet right in the business of Deep Ellum. Definitely recommend for a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Really good staff and prime location
The hostel has a beautiful atmosphere with nice wood beams and a comfy bed, and its location is unbeatable-everything from restaurants to live music is just a short walk away. I appreciated the little things like the fan and reading light in my bunk. The only downside was having to share the bathrooms during peak times, which could be improved.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was also a major plus, right in the heart of the vibrant Deep Ellum district. We loved being able to easily explore all the cool shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. having clean bedding available in the common area was a nice touch for those who wanted to freshen up their beds during their stay.
The cleanliness of the hostel could be improved. The bathrooms were not as clean as we would have liked, and the overall room was quite dusty.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown. The free breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the wooden bunk beds were not only comfortable but also had convenient shelves, electric sockets, and locker boxes. One unique feature was the secret portal that led to the bar. The WiFi was also reliable. the atmosphere was relaxed and the rooms were beautiful. I can't wait to come back with my daughter!
